SOUL STROLL presented by THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY HEALTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE #EVERYONESGOTSOUL Soul Stroll for Health is sponsored by the Mills-Peninsula Health Services Community Health Advisory Committee, to promote good nutrition and physical activity as keys to better health in all communities, with emphasis on the health disparities in the African American, Hispanic and Pacific Islander communities. Soul Stroll truly combines the best of health awareness. Approximately 3,000 participants will walk or run between 1-5 miles and will participate in a Soul Stroll health fair with more than 50 resources & corporate partners distributing product and information. The health fair will additionally provide onsite health screenings for all the participants involved. These constructive heath activities are all accomplished in a festive community related atmosphere.
