On May 20, 2016 there will be a Banquet to celebrate his 45 years of Pastoral service. As Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Dr Ephraim Williams leads one of the largest church congregations in Sacramento. During his tenure, the church has grown from approximately 100 members to over 5,000 members. The church has two worship services and mid-week Bible studies for each segment of the family.
