He will celebrate 45 years as the Pastor on May 22\, 2016. On May 20\, 2016 there will be a Banquet to celebrate his 45 years of Pastoral service. As Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church\, Dr Ephraim Williams leads one of the largest church congregations in Sacramento. During his tenure\, the church has grown from approximately 100 members to over 5\,000 members. Approximately 3\,000 participants will walk or run between 1-5 miles and will participate in a Soul Stroll health fair with more than 50 resources & corporate partners distributing product and information. The health fair will additionally provide onsite health screenings for all the participants involved. These constructive heath activities are all accomplished in a festive community related atmosphere.\n\n\n\nTionne “T-Boz” Watkins\n‘T-Boz’ is the heart\, sound\, and lead singer of the best selling female American group of all time\, TLC. Watkins’ low\, deep\, sophisticated delivery of the groups numerous hits including “Waterfalls\,” “Unpretty\,” “No Scrubs\,” and “Creep” gave the seminal act the swagger it needed to win five Grammy Awards and captivate millions of fans around the world.
