Kingdom Family Resources is excited to announce the launching of our Mental Health Education classes that will address Mental Health issues impacting families in our churches and communities.

COST:
Per Session Cost is $20 for individual; $30 for family 2 or more; kids 10 and up are welcome; (childcare will not be provided)

This will be a time to receive education regarding various Mental Health issues; the first session will focus on Family Trauma: impact on the body, mind, and family

Other sessions will include:
Managing depression
Bi polar disorders
Post Traumatic Stress
Parenting issues
Mental Health and Faith
and other topics related to managing Mental Health and daily living.
