Earlier this week we were invited to the OWN Studios to preview the new season of “Flex & Shanice”, as well as new music performed live by Shanice. The afternoon gave us the opportunity to check out the their new studio location, while enjoying an amazing spread of savory and sweet bites.
The family friendly docu-series premieres Saturday, July 11th on the Oprah Winfrey Network, 10 p.m. ET/PT. “Flex & Shanice” follows the lives of husband and wife duo, actor Flex Alexander (“One on One”), Grammy-nominated singer Shanice (“I Love Your Smile”) and their extended family all living together under one roof.
Eight people under one roof, can’t be easy for anyone – but the Alexanders are making it, and have re-emerged stronger than ever after struggling financially. Their commitment to each other, and their faith keeps them grounded and gave us plenty to chat about.
“Flex & Shanice” is produced by Lynch-Dyson Entertainment. Executive producers are Jeff Dyson, Vernon Lynch, Julie Pizzi and Patty Ivins.
