Oh God our help in ages past. Our hope for years to come. Our shelter from the stormy blast. And our eternal home.
We began praying about HIV/AIDS many years ago and we’ve seen many strides in the medical community. Many of our brothers and sisters are living productive lives because of it. We are grateful for how far we’ve come since we started this journey. And we proudly sing the words of that old hymn, “We’ve come this far by faith leaning on you. Trusting in your holy word, you’ve never failed us yet. oh, we can’t turn around, we’ve come this far by faith.”
Lord its that same faith that makes us trust you now for full eradication of this disease. Our faith in you lets us know that complete healing is on its way.
You are our sovreign Lord. You are our redeemer. You are the chief physician. We trust you Lord. You’ve done it before and we know every good and perfect gift comes from you.
We stand in expectancy of what you’re going to do and we celebrate the victory in advance.
We offer this prayer in the name of the one who said, “I came that they might have life and that more abundantly.” In the mighty, miraculous, matchless name of Jesus we pray.
