21ST NCBW MADAM C.J. WALKER LUNCHEON & EMPOWERMENT FORUM Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women | Oakland/Bay Area Chapter for our 21st Annual Madam C.J. Walker Luncheon & Empowerment Forum. This year’s theme is: "Cultivating Our Legacy: Intentionally Building Our Future". Our goal is to provide an impactful and empowering experience that will motivate a transformation for all those that attend. *A DAY OF EMPOWERMENT - EVENT HIGHLIGHTS*  1) Empowerment Forum - Starts at 8:30am The Empowerment Forum will include continental breakfast and two 50 minutes workshops featuring emerging and established leaders addressing relevant topics. 2) The Business and Community Recognition Awards Luncheon - Starts at 11:30am The Business and Community Recognition Awards Luncheon will honor four outstanding women in the areas of advocacy, entrepreneurship, corporate excellence and pioneer leadership.
