21ST NCBW MADAM C.J. WALKER LUNCHEON & EMPOWERMENT FORUM
Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women | Oakland/Bay Area Chapter for our 21st Annual Madam C.J. Walker Luncheon & Empowerment Forum. This year’s theme is: “Cultivating Our Legacy: Intentionally Building Our Future”. Our goal is to provide an impactful and empowering experience that will motivate a transformation for all those that attend.
*A DAY OF EMPOWERMENT – EVENT HIGHLIGHTS*
- 1) Empowerment Forum – Starts at 8:30am
The Empowerment Forum will include continental breakfast and two 50 minutes workshops featuring emerging and established leaders addressing relevant topics. - 2) The Business and Community Recognition Awards Luncheon – Starts at 11:30am
The Business and Community Recognition Awards Luncheon will honor four outstanding women in the areas of advocacy, entrepreneurship, corporate excellence and pioneer leadership. In addition, the luncheon will spotlight the 2019 Positive Steps Madam C.J. Walker Essay contest winner.
