He will celebrate 45 years as the Pastor on May 22, 2016. On May 20, 2016 there will be a Banquet to celebrate his 45 years of Pastoral service. As Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Dr Ephraim Williams leads one of the largest church congregations in Sacramento. During his tenure, the church has grown from approximately 100 members to over 5,000 members. The church has two worship services and mid-week Bible studies for each segment of the family. Our special guests will be Grammy award singer Doug Williams of the Williams Brothers gospel group.  In addition, there will be words of encouragement from Pastor Fred Campbell from Mt. Zion Baptist Church (Redwood City, CA). Purpose The purpose of the Banquet is to celebrate to 45 years of service and express appreciation to Dr. Ephraim Williams and Sis. Soul Stroll truly combines the best of health awareness. Approximately 3,000 participants will walk or run between 1-5 miles and will participate in a Soul Stroll health fair with more than 50 resources & corporate partners distributing product and information.
