Oh Lord, open our eyes to see “the elephant that is in the room!”
Give us the strength to not allow our brothers and sisters to be pushed aside by its presence. Help us, Oh God to no longer try to move through the room of life as if the elephant is not present.
Let us give voice to it and identify this Elephant called HIV and AIDS!
Please Father, allow our voice to become the whip that tames this Large Beast to encourage everyone to get tested and educated.
Let us not become distracted by age, gender, race, or creed, but remind us that we can have victory through you, which is our strength.
