Happy Palm Sunday! Life is funny sometimes. Full of peaks and valleys – but where’s the joy in a life devoid of growth? Today there will be oodles of palm branches EVERYWHERE. Let the Easter craft activities for kids begin!
Growing up, my Sunday School teachers would stress the importance of Palm Sunday, and illustrate how we too can go from celebration to condemnation. As I look back, some of the best lessons I learned as a child used art and crafts. We’d make our crosses from our palm branches, and hold on to them as the days lead up to Easter (and beyond).
There’s a special place for us artsy, crafty, churchy folks (lol).
