There was never any question Lena Byrd-Miles would be signed – the real question was who would she sign with. Well, we have an answer! Earlier today it was announced the popular local songbird, and internet sensation has signed with My Block Inc, headed up by Warryn Campbell.

My Block Inc. President, Warryn Campbell announced signing the sought after artist, saying:

“Some people are talented. Some people are gifted. Some people are highly skilled. Some people are anointed. Some people work hard. It is very rare to find all those people and one person,” said President of My Block Inc., Warryn Campbell. “Lena Byrd-Miles is all of that and then some … We are so proud and excited to welcome this amazingly gifted young lady to the My Block Inc. family.”

So there you have it! We couldn’t be happier for Lena. She has an authentic heart for God, and is truely one of the nicest AND funniest people around.

If you haven’t experienced her music ministry, you’ve been living under a rock. The busy vocalist is a hometown favorite, and has begun to pickup more national dates. Recently, she was a special guest at Tye Tribbett’s Bloody Win live recording, and featured on the popular Joe Douglass & Spirit of Praise track “Great I Am”. She is also a member of The New Edwin Hawkins Singers.

Byrd-Miles joins the My Block family of artists who include Grammy® Award winners Mary Mary, Erica Campbell, JoiStaRR, rising star Jason McGee and The Choir and vocalist Jason Champion.

A spring debut project is in the works. We have no doubt this will be one to remember.

    Congrats Lena!
