    Breast Cancer Awareness at Bethlehem

    The Women’s Ministry of the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 684 Juliga Woods Street, Richmond CA, in partnership with Contra Costa Community College Foster & Kinship Care Education Program, will sponsor a Breast Cancer Awareness Workshop on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 6:00 PM.

    Guest Speakers include Breast Cancer Survivor, Dr. Barbara Coulibaly, and Mr. Joseph Keller, son of a Breast Cancer Warrior. 

    BMBC 2009 Walk-a-Thon for Breast Cancer Awareness will be Saturday, October 10, 2009, from 9:00 AM – Noon at the Richmond Marina (at the foot of Marina Way).  Participants are asked to arrive at least 15 – 20 minutes early to register. 

    • Each walker is asked to raise a minimum of $64.00 in honor of our 64th Church Anniversary.
    • Donations are tax deductible, and all proceeds raised will go directly to Friends of Faith, Inc.
    • Walk-a-thon Distance:  Minimum 6, 400 yards (~3.5 miles), maximum of 6.4 miles.
