St. Paul AME Church presents Women In the Faith Sistahs’ Conference

The Second Annual WOMEN IN THE FAITH SISTAHS’ CONFERENCE, sponsored by St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, Berkeley, will begin on Saturday, January 21, 2012 with a prayer breakfast, and will continue through Tuesday, January 24, 2012, with worship and personal reflection experiences.

The theme, “Moving Ahead in 2012: Pressing Toward the Goal”, is taken from the Scripture, Philippians 3:14. Join us on each Day of the Conference, as listed below, to hear dynamic speakers and a gifted women’s chorus.

Saturday, January 21st:

Prayer Breakfast. 9:00 – 11:30 am. Hotel Shattuck Plaza, 2086 Allston Way, Berkeley. Rev. Donna Allen, Pastor of New Revelation Community Church, Oakland, Speaker. Community Honorees to be awarded.

Sunday, January 22nd:

Worship Service. 9:30 am. St. Paul AME Church, Berkeley. Rev. Dr. DeLishia Boykin, Pastor of Grant AME Church, Chesilhurst, New Jersey, Preacher.

Monday, January 23rd and Tuesday, January 24th:

Hour of Reflection. 6:00 – 7:00 pm. St. Paul AME Church. Rev. Ann Jefferson, Pastor of Worship and Liturgy, City of Refuge United Church of Christ, San Francisco, Presenter.

Tuesday, January 24th:

Hour of Revival. 7:00 – 8:00 pm. St. Paul AME Church. Rev. Dr. DeLishia Boykin, Preacher.
